Paying off your debts pays off in the long term.

When you don't have to pay interest or no longer owe anyone anything then you can keep everything you earn and if you are wise then you will also invest a good amount of what you save.

Think about it, you don't have to owe anyone and yet be able to get what you need, all it takes is patience and self-control.
